We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Provided you haven’t used or washed the product.

The return shipping fee is covered by us when returning an item in the 30-day window. If the returned item is damaged or stained, we may issue a partial refund. If the return is not product defect related, we request the product returned in the origianl package or we may assess a 10%-20% restocking fee. 

To start a return, you can contact our customer service, once your return request has been processed, we’ll send your the postage-paid U.S. return label. After receiving the return package, we will automatically issue a refund to your original method of payment. The return and refund process may take 10-15 business days depending on the shipping and payment method.
